4. Data Storage

Local Storage:

All your certificates and data are stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage.

iCloud Backup (Optional):

If you enable iCloud backup:

  • Data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account
  • We do not have access to your iCloud data
  • You can disable backup at any time in Settings
  • Backup data includes certificates and company settings

We do not store your data on our servers.

We DO NOT sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.

The only exception:

  • Apple Inc. - For App Store functionality and iCloud storage (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy)
  • Law enforcement - Only if legally required by UK law

  • Erasure: Delete your data (delete the app and iCloud backup)

  • Local data: Retained until you delete certificates or uninstall the app
  • iCloud backup: Retained until you delete backup or disable iCloud
  • Support emails: Retained for 2 years for quality assurance

9. Children's Privacy

AC Commission Pro is intended for professional use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses:

  • Apple iCloud - For optional backup (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy)
  • Apple StoreKit - For subscription management (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy)

We do not integrate with social media or advertising networks.
