AC Commission Pro ("we", "our", "us") operates the AC Commission Pro mobile application for iOS (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device or within your personal iCloud account. We do not operate servers and do not have access to any data you enter into the App.

All data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud backup, your data is also stored in your personal iCloud account, managed entirely by Apple. We have no access to your iCloud data.

Local data is retained on your device until deleted by the user or upon uninstallation. iCloud backups are retained until disabled by the user. Support correspondence is retained for up to 2 years.
This App is intended for professional use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
